ROGER HSIA - a.k.a. ROGET8000

Roger Hsia (b.1971, Durham, NC) aka “Roget8000” studied painting and drawing at The Parsons School of Design, The University of Michigan, and The Art Students League.

• Won “Best in Show” at Art Expo NY 2022, the world’s largest art trade show, in my first full year of studio practice.  
• Exhibited in “Art to the Avenue” 2022 with work featured at Beth Krupa Interiors in Greenwich, CT.  
• Exhibited in LINEA, the online arts concours for the Art Students League in 2020 in New York City as a student of Pat Lipsky. 
• Exhibited in group shows around New York City; Selected to participate in the 2023 Prince Street Gallery Juried Exhibition taking place in August 2023 in the heart of Chelsea in New York City. 
• My work has been featured in WAG Magazine (2022).  
• Collaborated with Asaf Ganot, a leading NY based fashion designer who has dressed Hollywood  A-listers, supermodels, and NBA athletes.  
• Participated in the “Art for Healing” group show at the Bendheim Gallery in April 2023.  
• Solo show at the The Gertrude White Gallery (Greenwich, CT) in March 2023. 
• Solo show at Sorokin Gallery, the largest private fine art gallery in Greenwich, CT in June 2023.  
• My work is also featured at leading businesses in the region and placed in private collections nationally.  
• Featured artist in the June 2023 special anniversary issue of Sutton Place Social.
